This yummy cookie recipe is great for getting your little ones involved in the prep!

These healthy 3 ingredient oat cookies are perfect for a snack on the go! They are made with only 3 ingredients, but you can switch up the recipe by using any nut butter you fancy - peanut, cashew and almond butter all work well.

🌱Vegan

👶🏻Suitable from 6 months

❄️Can be frozen for up to 3 months

  

Ingredients:

-3 large ripe bananas

-200g oats

-2 tbsp nut butter

Method:

-Mash the bananas

-Mix in the oats and nut butter until combined

-Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and spoon the mixture onto it - approx 1-2tbsp per cookie

-Bake at 180c fan for 20 minutes

-Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container
