Waffle Breakfast Sundae recipe from doddl|

Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour
1 ¾ cup milk
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 tablespoon white sugar (leave this out if you'd prefer to reduce your sugar intake)
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla

Garnish: Sliced banana, sliced strawberries. You will need a waffle iron to create the waffle, but a rolled frying pan pancake is just as tasty!

Instructions

Preheat your waffle iron, and spray with cooking spray.
Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
In another bowl beat the eggs until fluffy.
Add vanilla, milk, and melted butter to the eggs.
Slowly add the dry mixture to the eggs.
Mix until just smooth.
Allow the batter to rest for a few minutes before adding to the waffle iron. Pour mixture into the iron and cook until golden brown.
To assemble the “sundae”, cut the waffle into a triangle/waffle cone shape. Layer banana slices from the waffle to form your “ice cream” and top with a strawberry.
Change your fruit around or add a berry syrup for even more ice cream sundae fun!
