Refund policy

We feel very confident that you will love your doddl purchase. That's why we guarantee it. So, if for any reason you aren’t happy with the doddl you purchased from doddl.com, you can just return the item and we’ll give you a full refund, including your original postage fee (please note if you have paid for Gift Wrapping, this unfortunately can not be refunded).

Simply e-mail our customer service team at team@doddl.com to advise that you wish to return your goods (please include your original order number) and we will give you a customer reference number to include with your return items. If you would like to speak to one of our Customer Service team, please call +44(0)141 737 0647 between 09:00 and 16:00 GMT Monday to Friday.

Please note, the cost of returning goods to us will need to be paid for by you, but we will refund your original postage fee. You are responsible for the goods while in transit until they reach our offices and responsibility for loss or damage to your item sits with you, or for you to dispute with your delivery service providers, until it reaches doddl HQ.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid within 10 days. Please ensure goods reach us within 28 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. Any items not returned to us within 28 days, will not be refunded.
