My doddl order
What is the doddl guarantee?
We feel very confident that you will love your doddl purchase. That's why we guarantee it. So, if for any reason you aren’t happy with the doddl you purchased from doddl.com, you can just return the item and we’ll give you a full refund, including your original postage fee (please note if you have paid for Gift Wrapping, this unfortunately can not be refunded).
Simply e-mail our customer service team at team@doddl.com to advise that you wish to return your goods (please include your original order number) and we will give you a customer reference number to include with your return items. If you would like to speak to one of our Customer Service team, please call +44(0)141 737 0647 between 09:00 and 16:00 GMT Monday to Friday.
Please note, the cost of returning goods to us will need to be paid for by you. You are responsible for the goods while in transit until they reach our offices and responsibility for loss or damage to your item sits with you, or for you to dispute with your delivery service providers, until it reaches doddl HQ.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid within 10 days. Please ensure goods reach us within 28 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. Any items not returned to us within 28 days, will not be refunded.
What does the free delivery relate to?
We offer free delivery for product orders totalling over £25 and relates to Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery and please note this is for UK residents only. Free shipping has a £150 limit. If you have specific requirements please contact us directly on team@doddl.com.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are specific to the country to which you would like your order delivered and the type of delivery you choose:
- UK – Next day delivery (Note, this is next working day and orders must be placed by 2pm to receive next day) £5.95 / 1st class £3.95/ 2nd class £2.95
- Europe – Royal Mail International Standard £8.95
- Worldwide – Tracked Delivery – £10.95

I have lost my doddl spoon/fork, can I buy a replacement?
If you have lost an item of the doddl baby cutlery set or the doddl children’s cutlery set, please contact team@doddl.com and one of our customer service team will be happy to help.

What countries do you deliver doddl to?
We deliver doddl from doddl.com to countries all over the world and you can select your country at the checkout. However, we also have partners that sell doddl ‘in country’ and these can be found in the ‘International retailers’ section of the website.

Delivery & returns
How long will it take for my doddl order to arrive?
It very much depends on where you are in the world, but as an approximate guide, if you have purchased from doddl.com:
UK: 1 to 5 days (depending on which postal service you selected at checkout)
World-wide: Typically 2 to 4 weeks, but could be up to 6 weeks for certain countries.

What is the cut off for next day delivery?
You must order by 12:00 Monday to Friday to guarantee next day delivery. Unfortunately we can't guarantee next day delivery for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday. Please note next day delivery option is only available for residents in the UK.
For international deliveries, who is responsible for import duties and taxes?
You are responsible for covering the cost of any import duties and/or taxes that may apply to your specific country.
There is a problem with my doddl order - what shall I do?
We are very proud of the high quality of our products, however in the unusual situation there is a fault or your product has a defect, please e-mail us at team@doddl.com to let us know and we will investigate further.
