Step-by-step: Baby fork and spoon
- Load the baby spoon or fork with yoghurt or similar and lay on the tray handle towards them. Encourage your baby to pick it up (adding plenty of enthusiasm when they do!)
- Your baby is ready for stage 2 when they are around 11 months, eating more substantial foods and have developed some co-ordination.

- Suction rim is easy to remove and reattach helping support your child as they transition from suction to non-suction.
- To reattach suction rim, simply pinch the suction rim and tableware together and run your thumb round the inside edge.
Step-by-step: Toddler knife
- Show your toddler how to use the knife by holding your hand over theirs and pushing down through soft foods (like banana) then let them practice.
- Keep encouraging the use of the knife at every mealtime so they can practice. Your toddler can now get involved in food preparation and cooking too!
