Mango and Coconut Yoghurt Bark

This super simple recipe is a perfect cooling treat for those hot summer days, and makes a nice low-mess alternative to a bowl of yoghurt for self feeding babies! ☀️

This yoghurt bark recipe also works with full fat vegan yoghurt, so you can easily modify it to be dairy free for allergy sufferers
