This easy toddler-friendly meal only takes a few minutes to prep and a few minutes to bake! It is a great way to get in those veggies. Easy to serve for breakfast, lunch, or dinner – just switch up what you pair it with depending on time of day!
Handful of cooked white rice
Shredded cheese (we used mozzarella but cheddar is great too!)
Broccoli, chopped small
Preheat your oven to 350 F. Grease your muffin tin or use a silicone non-stick version.
Mix your ingredients together, and then form into balls.
Put each ball into the muffin tin, bake for 5 Minutes.
Remove, check they are cooked to perfection and serve for breakfast or lunch with fruit for a nice well-rounded and easy meal! Delicious Broccoli, Cheese and Rice Muffins are sure to be a winner!
