Apple Pie Flax Muffins

These lovely little mini Apple Pie Flax Muffins are great for lunchboxes, perfect for little hands and soft enough for babies just starting their weaning journey!

They are egg and dairy free, making them suitable for vegans and those with allergies. They also contain ground flaxseed which is a great source of nutrients such as iron, zinc and omega 3, as well as healthy fats and fibre.

If you don’t have time to make your own apple purée most supermarkets sell 70g pouches of fruit purée which work brilliantly.

👶🏻Suitable for babies from 6 months

❄️Can be frozen for up to 3 months
