These healthy 3 ingredient oat cookies are perfect for a snack on the go! They are made with only 3 ingredients, but you can switch up the recipe by using any nut butter you fancy – peanut, cashew and almond butter all work well. This is a great recipe to get your little ones to help prepare too!
👶🏻Suitable from 6 months
❄️Can be frozen for up to 3 months
-3 large ripe bananas
-2 tbsp nut butter
-Mash the bananas
-Mix in the oats and nut butter
-Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and spoon the mixture onto it – approx 1-2tbsp per cookie
-Bake at 180c fan for 20 minutes
-Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container
